We are pleased to invite you to our exciting 60 MIN CLASSES for 4 WEEKS . Our custom designed ADULT program has been developed for ladies who are eager to stay FIT, find new friends and discover NEW TALENTS.
During 4 weeks program you will learn, practice and enjoy Intro to Ribbon Ballet, Balance & Coordination exercises in a group environment, Basic Russian Ballet, Stretching, Coordination, Dexterity & Dance Exercises with Ribbons & more! Celebrate the feminine flexibility and grace these sessions will bring to your life.
Class' taught by Russian Born Honor Degree and Master Level Gymnast, Alexa.
Each class starts with a traditional Ballet style warm up, including stretching, coordination and balancing exercises and techniques. This two months course involves working the major muscle groups helping you to get fit in a positive, friendly, playful and supportive environment!
