Description
Sign up for our 6 week Winter Special Program that runs Wednesdays from 5:30 PM - 6:50 PM (with 10 min break) + Social Event for RibbonFit Members. These exciting classes will fill your Daughters evenings with color and dance.
If your daughter is between 6-12 y.o. sign up now and she'll get a chance to try our Ribbon classes. She'll also get an opportunity to practice with hoops and other colorful Rhythmic Gymnastic apparatus. In addition you'll be INVITED to join our RIBBONFIT WINTER SOCIAL EVENT & POTLUCK in the end of January 2017.
This exciting program runs on Wednesdays and is an IDEAL GIFT!!!
We are located in the beautiful Queen's Park, New Westminster where you can take a relaxing walk while your child is twirling around with ribbons, hoops & other colorful RibbonFit equipment.
Classes are taught by Alexa, a Russian Born Honor Degree and former Nationally ranked Master Level Gymnast. Each class including traditional Ballet style warm up, stretching, coordination and balancing exercises and techniques. This 6 class course involves working the major muscle groups, building proper posture, co-ordination while helping you to get fit in a positive, friendly, playful and supportive environment!
