These exciting classes will fill your Daughters evenings with color and dance. If your daughter between 5-12 y.o. sign up now while space is available!
Classes are taught by Alexa, a Russian Born Honor Degree and former Nationally ranked Master Level Gymnast.
Each class starts with a traditional Ballet style warm up, including stretching, coordination and balancing exercises and techniques. This course involves working the major muscle groups, building proper posture, co-ordination while helping you to get fit in a positive, friendly, playful and supportive environment!
