We are located in the beautiful Queen's Park, New Westminster where you can take a relaxing walk, while your child is twirling around with her new ribbon.
Classes are taught by Alexa, a Russian Born Honor Degree and former Nationally ranked Master Level Gymnast.
Each class starts with a traditional Ballet style warm up, including stretching, coordination and balancing exercises and techniques. This course involves working the major muscle groups, building proper posture, co-ordination while helping you to get fit in a positive, friendly, playful and supportive environment!
